U.S. Hassle Free Returns
 
Thank you for shopping at Seller4Less. I appreciate your business and will ensure every effort is made to make you happy. I guarantee the authenticity of all my products. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us through email contactus@seller4less.com.  We will do every effort possible to ensure that you are happy. Returns are only accepted up to 30 days from order date. If a return is required you must contact us first and request a RMA number before returning an item and the items must be returned in their original product box with tags attached and returned within 10 days after receiving the RMA number. Simply go to your account page, and select the items you wish to return to us. We will guide you through the process and will generate a return label. Software and video games must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap – no exceptions. We are unable to comply with exchange requests as our inventory is usually limited. Our goal is to make you happy the first time around so there will not be any returns.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a request for a return label. If items are not returned within 10 days after receiving the RMA number you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee for all returns, (some exceptions). Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued. Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a UPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt–with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged the day the merchandise is shipped. Sales tax will be charged when applicable.
 
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added for taxable items in deliveries to Georgia. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. Shipments to any other state will not be charged tax.
